Project Description
Student Teacher Educational Research (STER) is an Irish Higher Education partnership project that supports education students to share their dissertation research with the wider education community. STER provides students with a unique opportunity to publish their research with the support and guidance of the STER team. The aim is to promote a culture of research in initial teacher education by encouraging students and graduates to engage in dialogue and critical reflection about education research. Underpinned by a student-staff partnership approach, the project is run by a team of student and staff volunteers led by Dr Aimie Brennan.
Participation is open to all final year education students and recent education graduates up to Masters level. Students and graduates can share research in any the following ways:
- Peer-reviewed e-Journal Article
- Podcast Interview
