Biography

George Palomino is a Lecturer in English for Academic Purposes (EAP) on the Trinity International Foundation Programme at Marino Institute of Education. He supports students from diverse backgrounds in developing analytical, communicative, and intercultural competencies through inclusive, research-informed practice. He has held academic positions in Ireland and the United Kingdom, contributing to curriculum design, assessment, pedagogy, staff development, and digital learning initiatives.

He is currently an EdD candidate in Digital Technologies at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. He has completed the taught component of the programme (equivalent to a Master’s in Practitioner Research), focusing on instructional design, technology-enhanced learning, digital media for learning, and advanced research methods.
